About the role
You will be supporting the FIFA team for the Digital & Social media marketing. You will be responsible for communication, reporting and developing proposal per Account Director’s request and your own proactivity.
This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to stay proactive and respond to emails and make social posts at various times. You are responsible for their digital content voice in China.
1. FIFA project planning, including but not limited to account planning, media and content planning
2. Proactively work with other departments in the team to make sure that all the planning and proposals are clearly communicated
3. Support monthly and seasonal planning documents to include Campaign proposals, budget projections and KPI targets, for presentation to the client
4. Support the entire process for identifying KOLs, supporter clubs and fan communities, to develop relationships and to negotiate and execute partner contracts on behalf of the Client
5. Oversee and monitor KOLs, supporter clubs and fan communities’ work to ensure best performance, mitigate any problems, and hold them accountable where needed
6. Produce insightful weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the performance of the project
7. Schedule calls and meetings with the client, channels and vendors
8. Communicate updates and status reports to Account Director as to the overall performance

任职要求
1. Minimum 1 year of social media or digital experience
2. Excellent reading & writing skills in English and Chinese
3. Advanced knowledge of digital media, marketing and general industry
4. Passion for Sports and Sports field knowledge, especially world cup football knowledge
5. Preferable heavy social media user (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
6. Assertiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail
7. A believer in the concept of mutual accountability
