Job Responsibility:
1. Defines scope and recommends approach and execution of digital strategy and strategic planning projects for clients.
2. Analyzes trends/results to determine the most effective digital implications and solutions.
3. Works to develop creative briefs that fully incorporate the digital perspective and which will inspire clients and creative teams alike to come up with idea development and implementation.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional agency project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term online marketing strategies.
5. Stays current on users, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards client base, proactively identifying opportunities for client growth.
6. Serves as an internal expert for all things digital, including emerging trends and practices.
7. Participates in strategic planning for new business opportunities.
8. Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment and have a deep knowledge of social media with the ability to discuss ROI of social media campaigns.

2. Superior client service and demonstrated ability to grow client relationships.
3. Ability to translate client goals and demonstrate measurable value to the client through the digital plan.
4. Proven experience and expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing plans.
5. Proven experience of integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand.
6. Some experience with Google Analytics.
7. Strong research skills and ability to translate the research to a solid presentation.
8. Be familiar with how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to Web site and product development.
9. Capacity to think holistically about a client's business.
