职位描述
You're the person everybody loves. Clients speak to you and they know they're in good hands. You're leading a team of Account Managers and Account Executives and making sure that all are handling their client relationships and setting expectations.
· Coordinate with Account Managers to understand project requirements and scope, as well as to stay up to date on project progress
· Conduct project kick-off meetings and project reviews
· Coordinate with the Development Lead and Creative Lead to ensure processes are being followed, resources are available, and projects are running smoothly and profitably
· Arrange and host meetings (in person, online, and over the telephone) with clients on a regular basis
· Learn about the clients' businesses, including target audience and marketing strategies
· Communicate with clients on a regular basis

任职要求
· Bachelor in Computer Science or Marketing and Advertisement, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of client management experience
· Working in the digital marketing or advertising industry
· Strong awareness of Social Networks, particularly Facebook, Weibo, Renren, QQ, and Twitter
· Extreme communication, clear and effective, both spoken and written, polite and respectful
