职位描述
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager, focused on street and youth culture. You manage and grow the social channels of our street culture brand clients. As a Community Manager, you create content strategies and calendars, you write and craft content, you publish content on social media, respond and interact with users, and analyze and report on results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the social media accounts of street culture brands (Wechat, Weibo, etc)
• Plan content using content strategies and calendars
• Create content through copywriting and localization (copy focused, design skills are optional)
• Interact and respond on users and user-generated-content
• Analyze and report on results and pro-actively suggest improvements
• Grow fan bases through online promotions (KOL’s, cross-collaborations, etc)
• Liaison directly with clients for inputs and content approvals

• You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.
• You speak fluent English and fluent Chinese (both required)
• You have worked at least 4 years in the advertising industry in copywriting/creative roles
• You have at least 2 years’ experience independently running social accounts for brands
• You have a social copywriting portfolio that impresses us
• You have passion for and understand of street culture, youth culture, street fashion, etc.
• You have deep understanding of social media from a marketing perspective
• Running your own social account as a side project is considered a big plus
• Basic design/Photoshop skills are a plus
