We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Strategist. You develop sharp and smart digital strategies and advice clients how to reach their business objectives. You work across every digital touchpoint, including Chinese social media, ecommerce, search, content, apps, chat bots, AR, VR and AI. You love to work on innovative digital products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead digital strategy discipline within the agency, meaning that you take control and ownership of digital strategy across all projects to safeguard quality.
• Deliver digital strategy plans for digital campaigns, platforms, products and services
• Presenting and selling of digital strategies to clients and prospects (pitches)
• Leading client workshops to co-create digital strategies
• Leading internal brainstorms with the strategy and creative team
• Defining objectives, consumer journeys, timelines, traffic drivers, and setting KPI’s
• Analyzing and evaluating performance to learn and optimize instantly
• Managing and coaching strategists and (social) planners within the strategy team
• Being a thought leader and go-to person for clients and team members on Chinese social media, ecommerce, search, content, apps, chat bots, AR, VR and AI.
• Pro-actively sharing knowledge inside and outside the agency regarding these fields

任职要求
• You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.
• You speak fluent English (Fluent Chinese is a big plus)
• You have worked at least 6 years in digital strategy / consulting roles
• You have worked at least 3 years in China and are familiar with the Chinese ecosystem
• You have a portfolio / track-record that impresses us
• Bachelor or Master degree in business or marketing
• Ability to quickly grasp the business objectives of a client and consult on strategic level
• Ability to present and sell your strategic thinking to senior clients
• Solid understanding of Chinese social media, ecommerce, search, content, apps, chat bots, AR, VR and AI.
• Solid understanding of technical possibilities and limitations
