职位描述
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Designer. You create pixel-perfect digital designs that push the boundaries creatively and technically. As a senior creative, you also deliver conceptually, and deliver fresh and fearless creative concepts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the digital/UI design on your projects
• Deliver creative digital concepts for existing clients and in pitches
• Actively participating in creative brainstorms internally and with clients
• Creating UI designs for websites, campaigns, platforms, apps, social, bots, etc
• Creating animated designs using image sequences, GIFs, video, HTML5, etc
• Designing and hacking together digital assets that surprise and impress

任职要求
• You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.
• You speak fluent English (Fluent Chinese is a big plus)
• You have worked at least 5 years in digital/UI design roles
• You have worked at least 2 years in China and are familiar with the Chinese ecosystem
• You have a portfolio that impresses us
• Bachelor or Master degree in design or engineering field
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and other software and tools
• Ability to grasp the brand tonality and translate this into pixel-perfect on-brand designs
• Ability to communicate design interactions and requirements to developers
• Ability to present and explain the rationale behind your design to clients
• Good understanding of technical possibilities and limitations
• Front-end coding skills are a big plus
• You speak fluent English (Fluent Chinese is a big plus)
