We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Creative Copywriter. You develop fresh and fearless creative concepts from a copywriting and storytelling point of view. You write flawless Chinese copy that captures the attention and imagination of our clients’ audiences. And you lead the copy/content team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead copywriting discipline within the agency, meaning that you take control and ownership of copywriting across all projects to safeguard quality.
• Developing integrated creative marketing concepts, with a focus on digital and social
• Writing of concept and pitch decks in both English and Chinese
• Writing of flawless short, long, and social copy across touch points (digital/social/film/etc)
• Managing and coaching copywriters and community managers within your copy/content team
• Presenting and selling of creative concepts to clients and prospects
• Leading client workshops to co-create creative concepts
• Leading internal brainstorms with the creative team

任职要求
• You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.
• You speak/read/write fluent Chinese and English (both required)
• You have worked at least 5 years in creative/copywriting roles within advertising agencies
• You have a portfolio that impresses us
• Ability to develop creative concepts with a focus on digital and social
• Ability to create concept and pitch decks in both English and Chinese
• Ability to write flawless long, short and social copy
• Ability to present and sell creative concepts to senior clients
• Managerial capability to lead the copy/content team
• Leadership capability to drive copy/content discipline within the agency
• You speak/read/write fluent Chinese and English (both required)
