职位描述
General Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for daily office administration service and any other ad hoc tasks.
负责日常办公室行政及其他被分配的任务。


Detailed Responsibilities:

- Front desk management
   前台工作
- Answer and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
  接听并正确转接进出电话;
- Greet the office visitors;
  接待访者;
- Receive and deliver all office mails/correspondence;
  收发所有信件/快递;
- Update the telephone list;
  更新通讯录;
- Update staff's attendance report on daily base;
  每天更新考勤报告;
- Update staff's annual leave and time-off-in-lieu report on weekly base;
  每周更新年假及调休表;
- Interview arrangement;
  面试安排;
- Support the internal events and affairs such as annual dinner, summer party, office moving, CEO visit etc. ;
  协助公司内部活动;
- Trip arrangement
   出差安排
- Book air-tickets, train tickets and reserve hotel;
  预定机票、火车票及宾馆;
- Prepare documents for staff's visa application;
  准备签证申请材料;
- Vehicle and meeting room management
   派车及会议室安排
- Company vehicles management and car rental;
  公司派车安排及车辆租赁;
- Meeting room management;
- Support office suppliers and maintenance;
  办公室消耗品供给及维护;
- Other administration tasks designated by the supervisor or the managers.

任职要求
- Self-disciplined;
  自律;
- Strong service oriented mindset;
  强烈的客户服务意识;
- Good communication skill. Be decent with business etiquette in the office;
  良好的沟通技巧,合适的办公室礼仪;
- Highly driven with ability to work within strict time constraints;
  高效准时地完成工作;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English;
  普通话和英语良好;
- Above college degree in Administration or English is preferred;
  行政专业大专及以上,英语专业优先;
- High efficiency, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility. Possess 'can do' attitude.
