Client Focus
• Oversee the management of client accounts
• Commissioning, creation and promotion of branded content
• Define social media strategies, working alongside the Digital Content Editor to manage and produce inspiring content, on both a weekly and project basis
• Develop a talent network of writers, bloggers, art directors, photographers, film makers, illustrators etc. to ensure Karla Otto Digital has a strong pool of creative contributors to call on
• Create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns created by Karla Otto across digital networks, through partnerships and syndication
• Liaise closely with the PR, proactively managing workflow and resolving issues, reacting to client and consumer feedback
• Advise clients on opportunities for amplification through performance (SEO, PPC etc.) and influencer (bloggers, affiliate sites etc.) marketing
• Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifesytle and tech in order to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies
• Create and deliver campaign reports, both qualitative and quantitative
• Deliver accurate budgets required for execution of proposed projects and manage expenditure against these accordingly
• Win client trust and build and develop long term relationships
• Keep up to speed with client competitors and current events relevant to the digital and luxury space
• Assist the Senior Director on new business pitches, pulling together ideas, strategies and presentations autonomously where necessary

任职要求
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of luxury brand aesthetics with an excellent taste level
• Mid to senior level experience of working in a digital agency, or in-house at a brand that has a strong and forward-thinking digital footprint. Past client-facing experience is an advantage
• Experience in implementing innovative and impactful multi-channel digital content strategies
• Experience in performance and affiliate marketing
• Experience in content syndication
• Natural planner and organizer who is experienced in overseeing and driving the on-going management of digital content and strategies
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Knowledge of Wechat, Weibo and other social media ecosystem relevant to the luxury field
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
• Strong skills in creating powerpoint presentations
• Strong relationship builder
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• A real team player who will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work to stringent deadlines
• Strong sense of luxury brand aesthetics with an excellent taste level
