VACANT POSITION: Leasing Manager
The Leasing Manager is responsible for the execution of project leasing, including business development, client coordination and maintenance, negotiation and signing of leasing contract.
The candidate will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, liaise and negotiate with potential clients
• Handle leasing agreement and correspondences to ensure compliance of licensing and statutory requirement
• Establish & follow up all leasing documentations and administration

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Over 3 years leasing experience, working for international companies or agents is a plus
• Leasing knowledge about food and beverage / commercial leasing
• Good network in real estate industry
• Can work independently
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
