职位描述
• Develop highly strategic and creative campaigns that directly drive sales conversion
• Coordinate with corporate media teams and local partners to plan and implement China Omni-channel performance marketing plan across SEM, SEO, DSP, retargeting, affiliate marketing and mobile marketing channels
• Regular interface with senior brand executives
• Manage and train a dedicated digital marketing team

任职要求
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• At least 8 years China digital marketing experience from a reputable brand or agency
• Proven experience working within the BAT ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and managing a team of 3 or more people; building a team, understands the importance of a client’s bottom line
• Up to date with new technologies and digital channels
• An existing network of clients for potential business development
• Excellent bilingual presentation skills
• Direct experience with beauty, fashion, and consumer goods is preferred
