Main responsibilities:
1. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the clients’ business and industry and provides strategic advice and counsel to strengthen clients' leading position in the market
2. Partner with clients to develop comprehensive, strategic and integrated communications programs that complement the client’s business objectives and deliver results
3. Act as a client leader and maintain a clear and consistent communication channel between the client and the account team
4. Play an active role in new business development with a key focus on growing existing accounts and expanding new clients
5. Exhibit leadership skills in coaching and developing team members for quality delivery of client programs

1. At least 5 years' solid experience in a reputable digital, advertising or PR agency in serving MNC clients, preferably in auto, lifestyle, or technology field
2. Proven track record of achieving business objectives and results
3. Ability to think in a big picture and communicate with C-level executives
4. Creative, with a digital mindset, ability to keep abreast of latest digital trends, etc
5. A mature people manager and demonstrate leadership potential
