The Business Development department at RTG Consulting Group is responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities across all three business divisions. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer. We are looking for candidates who are energized by the challenge of identifying, locating, and meeting business prospects. This position will require regular business travel, so schedule flexibility is a must.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
• Prospecting for new clients in both online and offline environments
• Tracking and recording business development pipelines
• Presenting credentials for all RTG divisions to potential clients

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with business development or sales functions
