职位描述
1. Manage day-to-day business/requests of designated clients
管理指定客户的日常业务
2. Manage planning process from media brief, implementation brief to approval processes
管理媒体下单后策划总过程,执行下单后批复的程序
3. Understand fully client’s business and category issues,ability to read simple tracking and brand health numbers , recommend appropriate media strategies, proposal / plan and ensure they are properly executed (budget allocation by channel, media weights, phasing etc.)
充分了解客户的业务与发布内容,能够理解基本的跟踪数据与标准数据,建议采取适当的媒体战略建议,确保能够适当地执行(频道预算分配媒体分配与定位等)
4. Ensure competitive reviews are properly executed and that are strategically relevant for the client (Demonstrated key learning / insights)
确保评估是在客户战略范围内的有竞争力的执行(有洞察力的见解)
5. Stay abreast of available relevant research (in-house, client, other) or media industry trend in order to develop more effective media strategies and enhance team's overall expertise
紧跟现有的相关研究数字(内部、客户及其他)或传媒业的趋势,以便制作更有效的媒体战略,提高团队的专业水平
6. Positively challenge thinking from clients, media vendors and other disciplines (ability to defend own rationale)
对来自客户,媒体供应商或其他渠道的挑战保持积极的态度(保护自己态度的能力)
7. Innovate projects/analyses that would be of benefit to client
有利于客户的项目创新与分析
8. Initiatives and pro-activeness to drive additional ideas for clients
主动为客户提供更多的倡议与支持
任职要求
1. University graduate with minimum of 5 years across a broad range of clients, relevant exp in customer category preferred 大学本科,5年以上服务不同客户的经验优先
2. Good command of English,Chinese and Korean 优良的英语,中文和韩语水平
3. Good knowledge of CSM, ACN and relevant research tools 熟悉掌握CSM, ACN 和相关搜索工具
4. Strong relationship management (Client, Media vendor) 较强的管理能力(客户与媒体供应商)
5. Ability to present and lead a meeting in both languages有运用双语进行会议的能力
