Main Duties
1.Oversee full portfolio of Pay per Click and Natural Search clients by managing and coordinating the account team to achieve and exceed clients ROI objectives. You will also manage your own portfolio of clients
2.Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
3.Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target
4.Maintain client retention to an agreed target
5.Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
6.Actively seek to increase the services offered to PPC and SEO clients and increase the income generated to
7.Working closely with the managing director to agreed operational efficiency targets and business objectives
8.Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full Shanghai client portfolio
9.Increase client spend as a percentage of their total marketing budget
10.Prepare commercial client proposals and attend pitches with the sales team
11.Develop and direct effective search engine marketing campaign strategies through direct liaison between all involved in the project team including account management, business development, display, social and SEO teams
12.Plan and implement efficient processes and systems within the account team
13.Lead the development of iP’s paid search service, ensuring we remains at the forefront of product development within the paid search industry
14.Develop, manage and negotiate with high level contacts within all major vendors of PPC media and technology suppliers
15.Develop processes that help to accurately forecast and planning media spend
Client satisfaction:
1.Generating results that deliver the clients anticipated ROI objectives
2.Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication
3.Ensuring clients are satisfied measured by achieving a target client satisfaction rating or above in the annual client satisfaction survey
4.Actively maintaining the agreed client retention rate measured quarterly, through strategic management and planning
5.Increase your awareness of client competitor online marketing activity aiding informed recommendations to the campaign strategy encouraging increased spend
6.Ensuring all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the account team on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirement:
1.A minimum of 6 year’s experience in online marketing
2.Relevant search or analytics qualifications
3.A degree in a marketing and/or business related discipline such as marketing, advertising, business, economics and related.
4.Strong client management and relationship skills
5.Ability to successfully lead, motivate, maintain and grow an effective team of account managers and executives
6.Proven ability to form and implement search engine marketing strategies
7.Strong listening and questioning skills with acute attention to detail
8.A detailed and analytical approach to researching and analyzing opportunities to increase revenue
9.Confidence in presenting technical and marketing information in a variety of mediums to clients and colleagues
10.Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail
11.Ability to compose professionally constructed documents using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
12.Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation in English and Chinese
13.Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
14.Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
15.Excellent organizational and time management skills
