As Digital Creative Designer at Digital Luxury Group (DLG), your mission is to lead creative conception, development and execution of digital and social media activities for our luxury clientele. You have a keen eye for detail and are without need for instruction, jumping on opportunities to exercise your innate creative flair.

You will hold a pivotal role ensuring DLG upholds its strong reputation for creative flair.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the creative direction to be followed in the creative development process, including but not limited to creation of mood boards, visual identity, pantone and ad mock-ups, to ultimately meet the client’s brief and objective
• Advise on most suitable medium(s) of creative digital content across visual, audio and video space
• Keeping up-to-date and in-the-know of industry trends, technological advancements and competitive landscape, ensuring high-quality creative conception
• Comfortable working closely with editors and technical teams to develop , launch, process and revise brand activities
• Deliver web design solutions for local digital and social media platforms that ensure high visual impact
• Collaborate with a diverse and supportive team of Account Managers, Digital Creative Copywriters and Account Executives to ensure optimal client satisfaction

- 综合图像、音频、视频等媒介,建议选取最适应的媒介来创造数字营销内容
- 密切关注和了解最新的行业趋势、技术进步和竞争格局,确保高质量的创意概念
- 与编辑及技术团队密切合作,开发、上线、执行和改进品牌营销活动
- 为本地数字营销和社交媒体平台提供网页设计方案,以确保呈现高度的视觉冲击
- 与不同团队的客户经理、创意编辑和客户执行通力合作,确保客户最佳满意度
任职要求
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience working as a Digital Creative Designer for international brands, ideally in the luxury industry
• Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense, with the ability to communicate your ideas and lead creative execution
• Knowledge of the Chinese luxury brand and product market, design preferences and trends
• Fluency in Chinese. Proficiency in English.
