Position Summary: a Senior Account Executive at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the communications industry and be skilled in social media communications. He/she will be expected to manage existing client relationships with minimal guidance and play a more active role in supporting new business. A Senior Account Executive will also be expected to supervise the work of an intern, Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive and delegate standard tasks accordingly.
The purpose of this role is for the Senior Account Executive to take on greater responsibility and own client relationships, including playing a leading role in developing effective programs for clients.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead small digital projects independently and act as key client contact window
2. Lead digital assets content planning, operation and management (mainly WeChat and Weibo)
3. Conduct best digital practice research and report development
4. Contribute to creative ideas sharing and brainstorming
5. Support new business pitching

任职要求
Main requirements:
1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a reputable digital/marketing/pr agency
2. Good content copy writing skills both in English and Chinese
3. Demonstrate fast learning ability and leadership potential, be proactive and responsible
4. Able to work in an intensive environment
5. Clear logic thinking and good communication skills both internally and externally
