1. 可了解并接纳客户的要求与想法，在质量与商业化间求得平衡。
2. 专精于现今网页设计知识，熟html與CSS。
3. 熟运用绘图等各式设计工具软件(Photoshop, Illustrator)， 并对技术知识有相当的了解。
4. 可靠好学， 对数字营销各方面感兴趣
5. 具备良好中英语书写及沟通能力
6. 善于沟通, 具备责任心,能够融合团队工作。
7. 网页设计工作经验，有Digital Agency服务经验者优先，
8. 请提供出色的线上作品，展示内容为以使用者为中心的设计。
1. Good client and people management skills.
2. Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques.
3. Proficiency in design softwares, including Photoshop Illustrator
4. Reliable, willingness to learn and an openness to get i***olved in all aspects of digital services
5. Good oral and written communication skills (In English & Chinese)
6. Ability to see and communicate the creative vision to the team and the client.
7. Experience with interactive projects in a digital agency setting preferred
8. Portfolio displaying user-centered design will be required during interview
