Job responsibilities:
1. Work with CEO to develop strategic planning and comprehensive goals
2. Overseas creation, implementation, and optimization of operational processes across all functions
3. Set performances goals for each department that are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals
4. Develop high quality incentive system to fully engage the team to accomplish important company goals
5. Evaluate department performance against performance goals and guide the team to make progress as needed
6. Conduct regular meetings with department heads to check on priorities and inter-department coordination, facilitate resolution of issues between departments.
7. Develop a highly motivated and high performance executive team via coaching, training and recruitment
8. Running day-to-day operation of the company and resolve issues and conflicts as they occur
9. Develop and implement a strong company culture and value, encourage high performance, dedication and retention
10. Provide complete report of overall operation of the company to the CEO on a regular basis

任职要求
Job Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree in finance, advertising, or science, MBA is preferred
2. At least 10 years working experience and more than 4 years in senior management role
3. Strong passion for new media and advertising industry
4. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skill
5. Aptitude in decision making and problem-solving
6. Ability to prioritize, plan and implement strategic initiatives and business development
7. Past working experience in consulting, internet, or advertising companies is a plus
8. Fluent in both Chinese mandarin and English
