Responsibilities:
· Ability to analyze client needs, strategize appropriate communications solutions and direct the execution of the creative idea to answer the client brief.
· Successfully pitch those ideas to clients, either face-to-face or over the phone or Skype, to win projects for the studio contributing to the continued growth of company.
· Lead collaborative ideation workshops and brainstorms with internal teams to generate multiple ideas and concepts for pitches and proposals.
· Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary.
· Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives
· Able to structure and solve business problems by applying fact-based analysis and commercial acumen; Develop and communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, professional and impactful way.
· Ensure high quality service to internal stakeholders for business analytics and market intelligence needs.
· Lead account service team, drive the new business development and manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and management of campaigns.
· Consistently seek new business opportunities by fostering a long-term relationship with clients.
· Commercial responsibility includes scoping projects and providing scopes of work and quotations for projects, which then need to be managed accordingly through production. In addition, financial reporting of studio revenues and costs along with budget control and planning are also key components of the position.
· Offer expert advice and counsel to our account teams and clients on the capabilities of the studio
· Able to lead and inspire team members and share knowledge and feedback to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of the team.
· Help company win industry-recognized awards for digital creativity.
