TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
To complete design projects and construction drawings independently
Deal with the whole design project- from conception, CAD drawing to 3D modeling, effect pictures and so on
Assist in evaluating and selecting materials
Carry out site survey and inspection of completed improvements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office
Have a solid drafting techniques and engineering terminology
Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Good work ethic, responsible and reliable
Self-driven / proactive and a good team member
Experience in luxury retail store design or high-end commercial real estate projects are a plus.
