The consultant for Customer Engagement Planning helps clients define their customer engagement strategies—from short-term campaigns to large ongoing programs. We focus on individual customers, understanding their needs and behaviours, and most importantly how the brand can be relevant to them, always with the aim of creating ongoing relationships to unlock the customers’ full value. We define the value exchange in the engagement through a variety of methods, including market trends/gap analysis, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, content mapping, program architecture, data capture strategies, scoring models, etc.

The consultant must have the ability to work with client teams, provide counsel to clients, help grow strategic services revenue. She should be able to advocate the right set of actions to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results.
The ability to interface and work in conjunction with senior leadership across various disciplines and departments is essential. Familiarity with cross-channel strategies, including offline channels (TV, Radio, Print, OOH), search, online advertising, websites, CRM, social media, and mobile, is also important.
The consultant should possess industry experience, preferably across more than one industry, and have worked with reputable companies and brands in China.
