VACANCY: Digital, Senior Executive / Inspire Division
At RTG’s Inspire Division, we never underestimate the beauty of originality and innovation, and are focused on creating inspirational, engaging, and meaningful marketing that drives long lasting relationships.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
• Staying ahead of digital / online technology including (but not exclusively): H5, Website, SEO, SEM, digital media buy, AR, VR to make recommendations on improving digital investment
• Plan and execute digital / social media campaigns and activities in line with the brand plan
• Incubating creative ideas for digital marketing and work with brands/internal teams to deploy
• Digital content developing, able to manage / coordinate with resources for digital content development including copy, image, video
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing efforts
• Select and manage proper external partners and agencies
• Analyze/understand competitors’ key activities, strength and weaknesses
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years digital creative, PR, media and / or marketing experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results
• Excellent Communications skills - can write and present ideas in both languages
• Understanding of media relations and how it can work effectively with paid, earned, and owned media platforms
• Experience in the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies to traditional corporate or marketing communications
• Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights.
• Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
• Proactive nature, professional with a great attitude.
• Native Chinese and eloquent/fluent in English.
• Experience in Luxury, or premium sector preferred
