Summary:
In this role the Senior IT Engineer is to deliver the end user support, perform Data Center Operations, manage servers and network devices.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-user’s support and trouble-shooting.
• General hardware/software installations and problem solving.
• Servers and network devices management.
• Data Center operations.
• Conducting data tape-backup on Data Backup Policy, data verification and disaster recovery simulation.
• Document all software installation/changes/updates per standards/procedures
• Monitoring system performance.
• Participating in local/global IT project implementation

Essential requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Information Technology
- Familiar with case management system and process.
- Familiar with Windows client and servers, Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive person and problem solver
- The ability to quick learn
- Good team player and ability to work under high pressure
- Desirable requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- MCSE
- Familiar with MAC support
- Good English speaking and written
