职位描述
This role will focus on three key areas to drive the tourism business forward: High level partnership management, client management, and team growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead and manage all partnerships across the tourism group – focused on timely deliverables and client satisfaction
- Guide the content, web and media teams to fulfill obligations from partner packages
- Oversee and monitor execution of all SOWs that need to be serviced through the GoUSA platforms including contracts and billing.
- Track and report all partnership metrics for the wider partnership and brand teams
- Lead bi-weekly updates across the team(s) and conduct meetings/calls as required

2. Manage tourism social accounts including management of client(s), team members, and social deliverables.
- Focus on excellent client satisfaction and relationship building
- Ensure teams are running efficiently and continually motivated
- Review all reporting and communication
- Ensure targets are clear and everyone is aligned
- Lead bi-weekly updates across the team(s) and conduct meetings/calls as required

3. Create forward plans that guide your account and partnership teams. Insuring branding and strategy are communicated clearly to the team.

4. Analyze and report partnership or account progress on a monthly basis for successes and continually look for new opportunities.

5. Train and develop client support team(s)

6. Demonstrate quality leadership across the tourism team – running efficient meetings, daily 1-on-1s, support interviews and yearly team member reviews.

7. Continue to refine and define our tourism team management and partnership processes.

8. Support new business development, pitches and client facing opportunities for Mailman
- Attend a minimum of 3 international trips per a year

9. Stay current with social media trends and tools – create workshops to share knowledge and, read blogs, and write on the Mailman blog

10. Be the key liaison or confidante with key team members, clients and vendors

KPIs

1. Develop value added packages or insights that enable at least 5 partners to further invest in Brand USA programs

2. Create a minimum of 3 new processes that increase the efficiency of all partner program either through better reporting, education or sales materials
任职要求
- 6+ years of working experience (prefer to have account management experience).
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
