Drive top Sports organizations and brands in China through online marketing, social media engagement, offline activities and brand partnerships.

Our Team:

The Sports Team is responsible for sourcing, translating and localizing content from official channels and creating new and original content pieces for publishing on to official Chinese Website, Weibo and WeChat accounts. Our goal is to produce amazing and unique content within the professional guidelines of the brand for best engagement in the China market.

团队:体育组负责选取、翻译并本地化俱乐部官方渠道的内容,并发布在俱乐部的中文官网、官方微博和微信平台上。我们的目标是根据品牌的要求,创造出让人眼前一亮的内容,并且在中国市场赢得最好的互动率。

The Opportunity:

It’s your job to effectively manage our client’s official social media voice, with smart localization and an understanding of the Chinese sports fan. You will be responsible for weibo and wechat content development and execution for top clubs. This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to stay proactive and respond to emails and make social posts at various times. You are responsible for their digital content voice in China.

Job Description 职位描述

- Manage content localization, writing and distribution with the account team 与团队协作,主导内容本土化、文案撰写及发送
- Create unique social content for sports clients 为体育相关客户创造独特的社交媒体内容
- Manage the content portion of your account(s) and work closely with the content and design teams and make sure its in line with brand guidelines of the respective sports account 管理你所运营的账号内容,与创意和设计团队共同合作,确保内容紧密契合体育组品牌营销战略
- Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution 社会化媒体活动创意提供,内容创作和执行
- Collect and analyze key data and statistics of the digital sports market 收集并整理体育线上市场的关键数据和统计,并对其进行分析
- Work closely with account team to deliver insightful monthly and quarterly digital and social monitoring reports 与团队合作,并制作有建设性的社会化媒体营销的月报和季报
- Build the relationship with key fan groups, influential KOLs and columnists 开发与维护球迷团体、意见领袖及专栏作家的关系
- Communicate updates and status reports to Account Manager as to the overall performance 更新信息和状态报告给客户经理

Key Performance Metrics 关键工作指标

- Minimum 50 original posts a month for sport account(s) 每月至少50篇关于体育账号的原创内容
- Create 10+ new social topics to test on Sina Weibo or Wechat (Quarterly) 每一季度在新浪微博或
任职要求
- Minimum 2 years of social media, website or professional writing experience (Journalism, Marketing degree a plus) 2年以上社交媒体策划、网站编辑工作经验或者相关专业经验(新闻、市场营销相关专业优先)
- Excellent reading & writing skills in both Chinese and English 优秀的中英文读写能力
- Advanced knowledge of digital media, marketing and general industry熟知数字媒体,市场营销和基本行业知识
- Excellent sports and social trend awareness 具有敏锐的商业以及社交潮流的触觉
- Passion for Sports and Sports field knowledge 对于体育相关行业充满热情, 具有体育相关领域知识
- Preferable heavy social media user (Wechat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.) 重度社交媒体使用者优先
- Good planning and people skills 良好的计划和人际协调能力
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese 良好的中英文沟通能力
- Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel 熟练使用微软Word, Powerpoint, Excel软件
- Assertiveness, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills 自信,负责,出色组织能力
- Experience in working with KOLs in China (Blogs/Social Media/Forums) 有在博客、社交媒体、论坛同意见领袖合作的经验
- Data analysis skills a plus 良好数据分析能力者优先
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator skills a plus 拥有Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator等设计技能加分
