Account Management 客户管理

- Account & Client Management responsibilities for up to 3 Tourism accounts 负责最多三个旅游组客户和账户的管理
- Schedule and lead calls and meetings with the client for report, planning and proposal presentations, and provide follow up when needed 安排和主持与客户的电话会议和当面会议,包括报告、汇报计划和展示,并随时补充信息
- Manage a team of content and execution team for the entire creative, developmental, review, feedback and executional process for daily, weekly and campaign content on Social & Website 管理内容编辑和执行团队,包含整体创意、进展及回顾和反馈,以及每周和每日的社交媒体和网站的内容和营销活动执行
- Drive multiple campaigns from creative ideation to strategic planning, execution, documentation & reporting 领导营销活动项目,从创意到策划方案及执行,撰写项目文档和报告
- Lead huddles, creative meetings, preparing agenda, assigning tasks, feedback and review 领导团队会议和创意会议,准备日程,组员分工和回顾反馈
- Create 90-day plans and drive the account to set and achieve account KPIs set forth 为客户制定90天计划,包括完成KPI指标
- Provide account updates and feedback to Directors on account activity and performance 向总监汇报客户最新更新信息和反馈

Planning & Reporting 计划&报告

- Create weekly, monthly, campaigns and annual plans, for execution and proposals when needed to present to clients and team 制定周计划、月计划和年计划,向客户和团队展示并执行
- Evaluate client and market reactions to campaigns; ensure timely adjustment of strategy to meet changing client and market needs.对客户和市场对营销活动的反馈进行评估;确保即时对策略做出调整,以满足客户和市场不断变化的需求
- Produce insightful monthly and quarterly reports, review and revise strategy based on results 撰写每月报告和季度报告,基于数据反思和调整营销策略
- Work with data analytics team to procure necessary relevant data to gain further insights 与数据分析团队合作,通过相关数据,进行深入分析和解读
- Utilizing data for key decision-making, finding consumer insights to target key audiences 能够有效利用数据制定决策,从用户角度出发,瞄准目标人群

Skill Required 岗位要求

- Creative mindset with marketing sense and “out of the box “ thinking 具备营销观念和创意思维,拥有“突破常规”的思路
- At least 3-5 years working experience in account management for agency related to social media or digital scope 拥有至少3-5年的社交媒体/数字营销公司客户管理工作经验
- True team player who values and believes in effectiveness and efficiency 热爱团队合作,重视沟通和效率
- Good command of spoken Mandarin Chinese 中文口语优秀
- Fluent in written and spoken English 优秀的英文写作能力和流利口语
