Account Director/Manager
1. Managing and leading key accounts and projects to deliver required results
2. Providing thought leadership to partner clients to establish a relationship of value and trust
3. Leading a core team of associates to elaborate digital proposals and execute them
4. Ongoing oversight of team resources and timely reporting to the executive team
5. Support growth of the business

任职要求
What we require:
1. 3 to 6 years minimum of working experience in agency, media or client side with a digital focus
2. Proven ability to manage clients’ deadlines and understand requirements effectively
3. Pro-active with ability to identify challenges ahead and provide relevant solution(s)
4. Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
5. Ability to present proposal while displaying coherent thought process to convince stakeholders
6. Proven ability to drive a team, while not afraid of handling executive tasks
7. Strong collaborative sense and eager for growing responsibilities
8. Educated from top-tiered university
