• Very good communication skills, written and oral, in Chinese as well as in English. Professional level English language skills are essential
• Strong research skills and the ability to synthesis complex information into concise, analytical reports for the BD team
• Ability to work independently and creatively with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable to work as a team and in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in travel/digital marketing/advertising business highly advantageous or demonstrated interest in these sectors
• Strong computer skills and expertise with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ongoing research to identify potential clients and competitors
• Assist in the presentation of customized client proposals and presentations
• Manage relationships with Dragon Trail’s overseas representatives, including briefings on China market trends, assisting them on client proposals and identifying new partner opportunities
• Manage events calendar and event participation for BD Managers
• Maintain the client management system and run associated reports
• Manage internal meetings schedule and follow up actions
• Ongoing research to identify potential clients and competitors
