Drives strategic plans and objectives for clients within the agency and third parties and monitors efforts to ensure adherence to quality work, timelines, KPIs and budgets.
Manages internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability. Support company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships.
Developing business partner relationships with key people in the designated client organizations

To be successful in this role, you will either need to come in with the skills and experiences below, or be positioned to quickly master them:
Experience in traditional agencies and FMCG account management
At least 6-7 years of experience in account management and 1-2 year in Account Director level within agency environment
Functional oversight across multiple disciplines including branding and positioning, creative production
Able to priorities, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly
High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
Experienced in developing and testing brand positioning - familiar with working with planners and research houses to develop research guides
Experienced in implementing global marketing concepts at a local level and vice-versa
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
Accountability for budget or client revenue
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and conversing)
Excellent strategic thinker
