任职要求
1.English ability
2.Traditional media knowledge, especially TV fields.
3.Digital media understanding, especially OTV.
4.Exceled communication skill and aggressive working attitude.
5.Minimum 8 years media and/or digital in 4As agency experience
6.Understand of performance based digital touch points
7.Deep understand digital trends and KIP setting up .Strong data capability
8.Superior digital planning skills.
9.Good media relationship
10.Good experience in independent major international client leading
11.Experience in managing a team
12.Bachelor or College degree, Good English / Chinese Communication
