Job Scope: Integrated Communications, Senior Account Manager / Account Manager
The Integrated Communications Team
The integrated communications team is responsible for breathing life into campaigns and projects that RTG have created with their clients. As integrations team, being able to coordinate several different parties to bring a campaign or project to fruition is extremely important.
As this responsibility requires a very creative mindset, strategic thinking as well as a detailed and organized follow through, the team is a lean flex team that possesses a wide scope of capabilities that include, but are not limited to:
• Contribute creative ideas to solve problems and develop brand campaigns
• Developing PR and social media strategies
• Oversee and be involved in client campaigns and sponsorships from start to finish to ensure consistent messaging, unified execution among partners, on-time delivery and quality control
• Be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams and be a coach, mentor and inspiration to team
• Troubleshoot on-going issues that may arise and find creative solutions to help brands
• Act as brand guardian and make decisions that are right for the brand

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years marketing or branding experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Experience in implementing comprehensive and integrated programs and tactics, along with supporting materials
• Understanding of the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies to traditional corporate or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner
• Excellent relationship skills with internal teams and clients and an ability to generate results from all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think on feet, foresee problems and trouble shoot as problems arise
• Professional with a great attitude.
• Fluency in Chinese and English
