CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing solutions that meet or exceed the project’s stated objectives.
• collaborating on ideas for websites and digital and social media campaigns with all team members supervised by CD.
• Ensure the physical look is appropriately executed and that visual look communicates the message as effectively as possible.
• Cooperating with business unit to produce the work of high quality and present to the client.
• Keeping a steady eye on the process and pulling in the right people at the right time to ensure the work meets the client’s demand.
• Supporting account team so they fully understand the creative work in order to better sell it to client.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years art design and interactive work experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate and present thoughts and creative ideas.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
• A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs — Mac OS, Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.
• A solid understanding of interactivity and the Web.
• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
• Self-motivated, organized and accountable.
