Position Summary
A Senior Associate at Burson-Marsteller will have a minimum of four years’ experience in the digital marketing/integrated marketing communication/public relations/advertising industry.
He/she will be expected to manage teams and assign responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and deliver results within a profitable budget.
The Senior Associate will actively coach and mentor team members to support their professional development, encouraging initiative and creativity and a high level of performance.
The Senior Associate will be expected to run training sessions for junior members of the team in addition to providing on-the-job training.
Purpose
This role will be a key part of the team for leading all interactive and digital marketing initiatives on behalf of our clients.
This role will plan, execute, and deliver SEO/Local, SEM, email, affiliate, social, video and display advertising campaigns and programs.

Work experience for a minimum of four years in digital marketing/integrated marketing communication/public relations/advertising areas with solid client servicing and account management experience.
Language Requirements
Native language fluency in written and spoken Chinese and strong English writing and speaking skills
Qualifications required
University degree in Communications or related discipline
