Associate Digital Planning Director     

1.Develop the digital side of clients business through good strategic thinking and leadership. This covers everything from developing deeper brand experiences through to advising on how to best use their data to deliver the most effective results.
2.Mentor and develop the team by providing inspiration and helping develop their planning skills.
3.Project managing key client campaigns across all digital channels
4.Ensuring best practice is adhered to across all aspects of the digital work

1.6+ years of experience in Digital / Strategic Planning of working with digital media and will need to demonstrate understanding of everything from digital display right through to creative technologies, data analytics methodology and tools, SEM, mobile, website development, emerging media platforms
2.Have a passion for interesting and varied digital work and developing clients' businesses through a strategic approach to their needs
3.Need to advise clients on all aspects of the digital landscape and be able to deliver tangible results. Proactivity, the need to enjoy challenging situations and a can do attitude are essential
4.Be a broad thinker who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, self-starting, imaginative and have the ability to see projects through to the end
