Creating training programs for the proprietary software based tools e.g. CSM/ CTR adspend/ CODC/ iResearch/CAT/ Matrix/ Telmar/ IMS Clear Decisions- Crosstab, Correspondence Mapping, Cluster Analysis /Wave/ Connections (Curiosity)panel, etc
Conducting training on the proprietary software across all Mediabrands China offices
Assisting with the installation, launch & population of proprietary tools across all Mediabrands China offices
Provide first level support for Proprietary tools via email, web-conferencing and telephone for all staff across all Mediabrands China offices
Contribute to all Mediabrands China offices tool development program to address local markets clients needs
Work with Portfolio Partner, National Head of Research for Mediabrands China to ensure that proprietary tools are being used in all offices to “ Best Practice” standard
Assisting all offices with alternatives or new tool development when global hero tools do not work in market or leave gaps specific to a local condition – e.g. CSM/ CTR adspend/ CODC/ iResearch, Telmar/ Clear Decisions on China syndicated research etc
Liaising with all office IT to ensure that technology is being leveraged to drive every possible efficiency in the media process
Liaise with all client servicing teams to ensure all performance measurement approach are correct and functioning
Define, analyze, and document client business and functional requirements from key stakeholders in a project
Client business requirements include but are not limited to business objective, KPIs, and user experience
Functional requirements include but are not limited to data models, technical specifications, use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and reports
Facilitate working sessions during the requirements gathering process
Business requirements management; translating and simplifying, prioritization, client communications planning performance assessment
Simultaneously work on multiple projects for a given client and/or across multiple clients; prioritize requests and understand roles/responsibilities of project team members to effectively fulfill requests autonomously
Pro-actively and independently identify solutions and formulate actions plans to resolve problems
Communicate to all members of the project team in a concise and effective manner; consolidate and distribute information in a streamlined way
Effectively communicate and present ideas/solutions in a non-complex manner that is easy for all levels from
任职要求
Minimum Bachelor degree required
3-5 years of experience in market/media research and data to deliver successful business/marketing/communications planning solutions. Media industry experience and knowledge is a plus
Analysis and interpretative research experience in quantitative & preferably qualitative fields
Thorough understanding of the media process and have worked within a media agency or media research agency
Comprehension of media measurement research methodologies
Understanding of technology and leveraging technology to increase efficiency
Advanced level skills for excel, including pivot tables, macros, scenarios etc
Hands on experience with some form of cross tabulation software is essential
Experience with SPSS or other modelling software would be an advantage
Confidence & skill to create & conduct training
