职位描述
•Provide data driven strategic thinking across client engagements by deriving customer insights from research and data and lead the development of measurement platforms
•Consult and develop proprietary research to track brand health performance or consumer pathway studies
•Independently manages specific research projects and new business pitches
•Collaborates with Planning and Special Business Unit teams to procure all inputs needed to produce research deliverables
•Oversee all research related programs, including data collection, cross-channel data integration, reporting and insights, media tools, data visualization, data mining, ad tracking, audience measurement, brand and competitive intelligence, site surveys etc.
•Supervises researchers and assigns tasks to fulfill both department and individual development goals
•Makes recommendations for marketing ROI improvement and spending optimization and leads marketing mix learning agenda
•Leads projects and performs analysis to test alternative media investment strategies, gain competitive intelligence
•Influences and leverages IPG Mediabrands’ best practices, benchmarks and policies
•Consult clients on how to leverage databases for targeting, response and recall modelling
•Provides regular, ongoing media investment scenarios to address business issues and opportunities

任职要求
•7+ Years in media or marketing research
•Knowledge of marketing research concepts
•Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts with ability to transform raw internal or client data into formats that facilitate data processing
•Experience incorporating demographic and behavioral variables into analyses
•Advanced knowledge of segmentation applications
•Excellent quantitative/qualitative ability required
•Able to develop objective point-of-view, be seen as strategic thought leader on team, and build constructive rapport with internal clients and outside research suppliers
•Knowledge of marketing research concepts
