•Drive the adoption of digital within existing and new clients by delivering advanced digital planning, optimization and result oriented solutions against client objectives.
•Be Instrumental in delivering a constant stream of digital ideas, on-strategy, within budget and capable of being executed
•Consult, collaborate, and support brand account teams to develop integrated media communication strategies and plans.
•Manage internal digital media training program internal to help team grow on integrated planning skill.
•Ensure efficiency in execution of digital media plans by setting up and managing an ad operations team, who are capable of reviewing results and recommending improvements in future campaign planning.
•Advise on the development of tools required to maximize improvements in the quality of digital offerings to clients in planning, optimization, executional and results phases.
•Maintaining constant contact with the key digital players in the on-line and digital space and negotiating hard on digital costs and opportunities to add value.

任职要求
3 years media planning experience in 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising, better served FMCG client before and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel – PR, CRM, etc.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
• Primary skills required are digital planning and operations experience across: Online, E-commerce and Search
• Experience of negotiating/buying digital campaigns across different buying models
• Good communication and presentation skills.
