职位描述
As our Art Director your responsibilities include:
• Art direction and design across all media, including web, mobile, print, packaging, etc.
• Creating concepts sketches, visualization of ideas and good-looking presentations
• Presenting and selling your design concepts to clients
• Advising the team and the clients from a design point of view
• Taking responsibility for the design quality of the agency and pro-actively encouraging yourself and the team to improve the level of design the agency delivers
• Leading and coaching designers in the team
• Selling the importance of design internally and to clients
• Making sure the agency itself always presents itself in the best possible way

Your profile
We’re open for Chinese nationals with good English skills, or foreign nationals with China experience (Chinese language skills preferred but not required)
- You have worked at least 5 years in an agency before as designer and/or art director
- You have all-round design skills applied on both digital and print media
- You have a portfolio that impresses us
- You have the ambition to grow yourself and the people you work with
- You’re a great communicator and can work collaboratively with clients and the team
