RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting to the Head of INSPIRE, you will be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams and be a coach, mentor and inspiration to team
• Contribute creative ideas to solve client problems
• Develop and be able to oversee integrated client campaigns involving various marketing communications strategies
• Act as brand guardian and make decisions that are right for the brand
• Assist in client and business development seeking opportunities to grow the organization and team

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 8 years agency experience (Client / Public Relations Agency / Media )
• Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing programs and campaigns, along with supporting materials
• Understand all marketing communication approaches including but not limit to public relations, digital, social media, media buy, etc.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with an ability to generate results from all levels of the organization
• A desire and ability to coach and mentor staff
• Ability to communicate well in both Mandarin and English
