职位描述
Job Description

• Lead internship recruitment independently and support HR Supervisor to manage other recruitment activities, including identifying appropriate recruiting sources, posting positions, screening resumes, arranging interviews and tests, communications with candidates, coordination with management.
• Take a support role in developing recruitment process and systems to improve on hiring efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for entry & exit employees. Prepare contracts, notices and other HR paperwork for employee movements.
• Track key information/maintain reports pertaining to: on board/leaving and others’ certification and employee files and the HR filling system.
• Conduct background check / reference check for new employee.
• Support on ad-hoc HR work.

任职要求
Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) with preferred major in Human Resources, English Literature, Marketing.
• Can do attitude, quick-learner and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Good command of office software.
