Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and formulate CRM/ECRM strategies and data solutions based on client needs
Develop CRM programs to build customer loyalty and retention, as well as stable growth of customer values.
Focus on customer analytics and draw insights to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions.
Provide actionable analysis/reports based on client needs.
Set up CRM framework according to client needs based on integrated multiple data source.
Monitor project process and ensure delivery quality.
Implement and monitor client process, support relevant departments in developing and implement improvement plan to enhance client satisfaction.
Lead CRM team to fulfill various projects.
Develop and standardize KPI's to monitor the performance of CRM activities and profitability.

任职要求
Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience in CRM related industry, CRM agency preferred.
At least 1-year people management experience.
Strong data analysis skills, project management, and time management skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights.
Creative, independent with a passion for success, visionary and confident.
Strong understanding of CRM database design and application.
Knowledge of Information Technology practices.
Proven skills in strategic CRM consulting and long-term innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-learner and self-motivator.
